Born in April 2021, Maki is at the darker spectrum of snow Bengals, with a coat that captivates and eyes that shift between aqua green and yellow green depending on the light.
Why Maki is Looking for a New Home
Maki is retiring from our breeding program due to her overly protective nature with her litters and unsuccessful attempts with our gorgeous studs. Despite these challenges, she is a wonderful, affectionate cat ready to bring joy to a new home.
Personality and Traits
- Communicative: Maki has an adorable little squeak you can hear in the videos we’ve shared.
- Affectionate: She shows love by purring, licking your fingers, and even giving gentle nibbles—a habit from her kitten days when she was hand-fed. Sometimes this nibbling is misunderstood but it her way of expressing her trust and affection.
- Appearance: Though she may look ‘Grumpy’ at times, this is just her unique expression- she reminds me of ‘Garfield the Cat’ back in the 80s lolz she’s a true sweetheart who loves to knead, purr, and snuggle. She is on the bigger side-size wise.
- Social:She can cohabit with a calm resident dog or cat but shines brightest as the only cat or 2 cat companions in the household. She can easily accept a kitten addition or a puppy addition in the future once fully settled in. She can also be homed with one of our retiree queen called CLOUD as companion. Both are independent cats. Both comes around to ask for more smoothing!

Ideal Living Situation
Maki currently weighs around 5kg and thrives on a raw diet. She is up-to-date with her vaccinations and health checks, and fully recovered from spaying. She is best suited for an indoor cat enclosure where she can safely enjoy her environment. While she could be trained to be indoor/ outdoors in a rural set up , she lacks street smarts and might get lost or injured from wild animals eg fox.
Maki loves luxury and enjoys sleeping on beds. She will need a minimum of four weeks to settle in and more time to fully accept new human companions. She is a one or two-person cat who will shy away from strangers but will warm up to regular visitors over time.

Personality and Characteristics
- Communicative: Cloud knows how to express her needs, especially when it comes to mealtime. She is raw fed with some treats in the side
Charming Quirk: Known as the "snorting Bengal cat," Cloud sometimes snores intentionally to avoid being disturbed, ensuring she gets her beauty sleep. She would snor, pretend to be sleep with her eyes sometimes looking at you. Very funny and I would pretend to say, oh you’re sleeping, I’ll just tuck you in and cover you with blanket!
- Affectionate: This sweet girl loves being petted and enjoys the comfort of her luxury cave-like bed. She’ll happily nest next to you, offering warmth and companionship. Her weightbpubs me down in the weekend and would want you to get up!
- Resilient Health: Cloud has overcome several health challenges, including caesarean surgery, spaying complications, and severe mastitis. She is now fully recovered and in excellent health. All these probably was cause by unnecessary stress.
Ideal Living Situation
